  • 3 cups cooked turkey (shredded or diced)
  • 12 oz egg noodles
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup carrots (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup onions (diced)
  • 2 cups cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the turkey, cooked noodles, peas, carrots, onions, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and half the cheese.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish, sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, and optionally, breadcrumbs.
