1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract.
Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until combined. Spread batter evenly on the baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden. Let it cool slightly.
In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and heavy cream until smooth.
