  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 avocado, diced

  • 1/4 cup feta cheese (optional)

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all vegetables: slice cucumber, halve tomatoes, thinly slice onion, and dice avocado.

  2. In a large salad bowl, combine mixed greens, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, and avocado.

  3. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad.

  4. Toss the salad to combine, making sure the dressing evenly coats the ingredients.
