  • Jumbo pasta shells

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the jumbo pasta shells until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet, sauté garlic and onion in olive oil, then add ground beef, cooking until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • In a large bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, cooked ground beef, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Stuff each pasta shell with the meat and cheese mixture.
  • Spread a layer of marinara sauce in a baking dish. Arrange the stuffed shells on top and cover with more marinara sauce.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella on top and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
