This Southwest Chicken Wrap is a delicious and healthy meal packed with grilled chicken, black beans, corn, and a zesty sauce. Perfect for lunch or dinner, this wrap is full of bold Southwest flavors and comes together in minutes.

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked and sliced grilled chicken
  • ½ cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup corn kernels (fresh, canned, or frozen)
  • ¼ cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup diced red bell pepper
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp salsa
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • ¼ tsp cumin
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for grilling the wrap, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix sour cream (or Greek yogurt) with salsa, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Lay the tortillas flat and spread the sauce evenly over each one.
  3. Layer the grilled chicken, black beans, corn, tomatoes, bell pepper, and shredded cheese on top.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro if desired.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortillas and roll them tightly into a wrap.
  6. (Optional) Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and grill the wraps for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Slice in half and serve immediately.

  • Swap out flour tortillas for whole wheat or gluten-free tortillas for a healthier option.
  • Add avocado or jalapeños for extra flavor.
