Instructions

  • Prepare the Baconnaise Sauce:
    In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, crispy bacon, smoked paprika, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  • Heat the Griddle or Pan:
    Heat a cast-iron skillet or griddle over medium-high heat until very hot.
