1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp onion powder

½ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Prepare Ingredients: Place the beef bites and potatoes into the slow cooker.
Mix Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, garlic, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
Cook: Pour the sauce over the beef and potatoes, cover, and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the beef is tender.
Thicken Sauce (Optional): Mix cornstarch with 2 tbsp water, stir into the slow cooker, and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Use baby potatoes for best texture; they hold their shape well.
You can substitute beef chuck with stew meat or sirloin.
For extra richness, add a splash of heavy cream before serving.
Leftovers store well in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
