4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup long-grain white rice
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup cream of chicken soup
1 onion, diced
1 cup carrots, chopped
1 cup peas
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
In a bowl, mix the chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Pour over the chicken.
Add the rice, onions, carrots, and peas to the slow cooker. Stir gently to combine.
Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or on high for 3–4 hours.
Before serving, shred the chicken with two forks and mix into the rice. Adjust seasoning as needed.

Notes
For extra flavor, you can use chicken thighs instead of breasts.
Brown rice can be substituted, but cooking time may increase.
