  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 cup carrots, chopped
  • 1 cup peas
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix the chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Pour over the chicken.
