  • 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes (with green chilies)

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef or sausage, cooking until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in the Rotel tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add cream cheese and heavy cream, stirring until the sauce is smooth.
