  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add onion and garlic, cooking until softened. Stir in mixed vegetables and cook for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  • In a saucepan, combine pumpkin puree, milk, butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Heat until warm.
  • Spread the beef mixture in a baking dish, layer with pumpkin mixture, and top with mashed potatoes.
