  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup cooked Italian sausage, crumbled (optional)
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil for brushing
  • Italian seasoning, for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Grease oven-safe ramekins or bowls and layer the bottom with cooked sausage, pepperoni, vegetables, and pizza sauce.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top.
  • Roll out pizza dough and cut into circles slightly larger than the ramekin tops.
