  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 can (10 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 10 corn tortillas, torn into pieces
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, Rotel tomatoes, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, taco seasoning, and 1/2 cup cheddar cheese.
  • In a greased baking dish, layer half of the tortilla pieces, then spread half of the chicken mixture on top.
  • Repeat the layers with remaining tortillas and chicken mixture.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
