Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the onions and bell peppers until soft. Set aside.
  • In the same skillet, cook the thinly sliced steak until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cut the slider buns in half and arrange the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
  • Layer the cooked steak over the buns, followed by the sautéed veggies, and top with provolone cheese.
  • Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese.
  • Mix melted butter with garlic powder and dried parsley. Brush this mixture over the slider buns.
  • Cover the sliders with foil and bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes to crisp the buns.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a spicier flavor, add sliced jalapeños or hot sauce to the sliders.
  • To save time, you can use pre-sliced steak or deli roast beef.
  • These sliders pair well with crispy fries or a fresh salad.
