These Pepperoni Pizza Bombs are a delicious and easy-to-make snack, featuring golden, buttery dough stuffed with pepperoni, marinara sauce, and gooey mozzarella cheese. Perfect for parties, game nights, or a quick appetizer, these pizza bombs deliver all the flavors of a classic pepperoni pizza in a fun, bite-sized treat!

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 20-24 slices pepperoni
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

 

  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Flatten each biscuit and spread a small amount of marinara sauce in the center.
  • Add shredded mozzarella and a few slices of pepperoni.
  • Fold the dough over the filling, pinching edges to seal into a ball.
  • Place the pizza bombs seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  • Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

 

  • Serve warm with extra marinara sauce for dipping.

  • Use crescent roll dough or pizza dough as an alternative.
