Ingredients

  • Chicken thighs or drumsticks
  • Long-grain white rice
  • Chicken broth
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Butter

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a baking dish, spread uncooked rice evenly.
