Ingredients
Chicken thighs or drumsticks
Long-grain white rice
Chicken broth
Onion
Garlic
Butter
Olive oil
Paprika
Salt
Pepper
Thyme or other herbs (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a baking dish, spread uncooked rice evenly.
Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet. Sauté onion and garlic until softened, then pour over the rice.
Add chicken broth, seasoning, and herbs to the dish. Mix lightly.
Season chicken with paprika, salt, and pepper, and arrange on top of the rice.
Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
