  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (sliced)
  • 8 oz noodles (spaghetti or rice noodles)
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp ginger (grated)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (mixed with 2 tbsp water)
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp green onions (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add sliced chicken and cook until golden brown.
  • Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  • Stir in honey, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and hoisin sauce. Mix well.
  • Pour in chicken broth, bring to a simmer, then add noodles. Cook according to package instructions.
  • Stir in cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce.
  • Toss noodles with chicken and sauce until well coated.
  • Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and red pepper flakes. Serve hot!
