1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1 cup milk
½ cup water
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp salt
For the Nutella Cream Filling:
½ cup Nutella
½ cup heavy cream
1 tbsp powdered sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
For Garnish (Optional):
Powdered sugar
Fresh berries
Whipped cream
Instructions
Make the Crepe Batter: In a blender, mix flour, eggs, milk, water, melted butter, sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
Cook the Crepes: Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter. Pour about ¼ cup of batter into the pan, swirling to spread evenly. Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges lift, then flip and cook another 30 seconds. Repeat for remaining batter.
Prepare the Nutella Cream: In a bowl, whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form. Fold in Nutella until smooth.
Assemble the Crepes: Spread Nutella cream over each crepe, fold or roll, and plate.
Serve: Dust with powdered sugar and top with berries or whipped cream if desired.
Notes
Letting the batter rest helps create tender crepes.
Use a non-stick pan or crepe pan for best results.
Adjust the thickness of the Nutella cream by adding more or less whipped cream.
