  • 1 (25 oz) package frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook ravioli according to package instructions and drain.
  • In a skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat, season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese until smooth.
  • In a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, layer half of the ravioli, followed by half of the cream cheese mixture, and half of the meat sauce. Repeat layers.
  • Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

You can substitute ground beef with ground turkey or sausage. Add spinach or mushrooms for extra veggies and flavor.
