3 cups cooked shredded chicken
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers or breadcrumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish.
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese, mayonnaise, and mozzarella until smooth.
Add shredded chicken, season with salt and pepper, and stir to combine.
Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared casserole dish.
In a small bowl, mix the crushed crackers with melted butter and sprinkle evenly over the chicken mixture.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
