Italian pink sauce, or rose pasta, is a luscious blend of tomato sauce and cream, creating a rich, velvety texture. This easy pasta recipe is perfect for a quick yet indulgent meal, combining the tanginess of tomatoes with the smoothness of cream for a perfectly balanced flavor.

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 ½ cups tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes

  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
