Perfect for Halloween parties or a fun family dinner. Make these sliders extra festive by decorating them with olive spiders or Halloween-themed toothpicks. Great for kids and adults alike!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 slider buns
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup flour
  • Olive spiders (optional for decoration)
  • Halloween-themed toothpicks (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil for frying

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Slice the chicken breasts into small, slider-sized pieces.
  • Set up a breading station: flour in one bowl, beaten egg in the second, and breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese in the third.
  • Season chicken with salt and pepper, then dip each piece in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs.
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden and crispy.
  • Place the cooked chicken pieces on the slider buns, top each with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake sliders in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Garnish with olive spiders or themed toothpicks for a Halloween look.

Notes

  • You can bake the chicken instead of frying for a lighter version.
  • Serve with a side of marinara for dipping.
  • For added flavor, use garlic butter on the buns before toasting.
