8 slices of bread
8 slices of cheddar cheese
1 small onion, diced
2 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Cook the ground beef and onions in a skillet until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
Butter one side of each bread slice.
On the unbuttered side, place a slice of cheese, then add cooked beef and onions. Top with another slice of cheese and bread, buttered side out.
