  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional for thickening)
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced (optional garnish)

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add minced garlic and ground ginger. Stir and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Stir in broccoli florets, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and beef broth. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes until broccoli is tender.
  • (Optional) Mix cornstarch with 1 tbsp of water and add to the skillet to thicken the sauce.
  • Drizzle sesame oil on top and stir. Garnish with green onions if desired. Serve hot.
