  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss the broccoli florets in olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Spread the broccoli in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are crisp and the broccoli is tender.
