Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 8 small cubes of cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir in ketchup and mustard, then remove from heat.
  • Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a 3-4 inch circle. Place a spoonful of cooked beef and a cube of cheddar cheese in the center of each dough piece.
  • Fold the dough around the filling and pinch the seams to seal.
  • Place bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Mix melted butter with minced garlic, then brush the mixture on top of each bomb. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve warm and garnish with parsley, if desired.

Notes

  • You can use any cheese of your choice, such as mozzarella or pepper jack.
  • Make sure the dough is sealed tightly to prevent leakage while baking.
  • Serve with marinara or ranch dressing for dipping.
