Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 slider rolls
  • 1 pound thinly sliced roast beef
  • 12 slices provolone cheese
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Au Jus:

  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves into the prepared dish.
  • Layer roast beef evenly over the rolls, followed by slices of provolone cheese. Cover with the top halves of the rolls.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper. Brush this mixture evenly over the top of the rolls.
  • Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • While sliders are baking, prepare the au jus: In a saucepan, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.
  • Serve sliders warm with au jus on the side for dipping.

Notes

  • Use your favorite cheese for a personalized twist.
  • Hawaiian rolls add a touch of sweetness to balance the savory flavors.
  • Sliders are great for parties and can be prepped ahead of time.
