½ cup cottage cheese
3 large eggs, separated
¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
In another bowl, blend egg yolks, cottage cheese, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
Gently fold the egg whites into the cottage cheese mixture.
Spoon the mixture onto the baking sheet, forming small rounds.
Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool before serving.
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
