1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sriracha
1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tsp rice vinegar
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Vegetable oil for frying
Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
In a bowl, soak shrimp in buttermilk for 10 minutes.
In another bowl, mix cornstarch with salt and pepper.
Remove shrimp from buttermilk and coat in cornstarch mixture.
