  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1 lb scallops

  • 1 cup cooked crab meat

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup cooked rice

  • 1/4 cup chopped onion

  • 1/4 cup chopped celery

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • In a skillet, sauté onion and celery until soft.

  • In a large bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  • Fold in shrimp, scallops, crab, cooked rice, sautéed vegetables, and shredded cheese.

  • Pour mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.

  • Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the top.

  • Bake for 30–35 minutes, until golden and bubbly.

 

  • Serve warm.

Notes

  • You can use frozen seafood; just thaw and drain before using.

  • Substitute rice with pasta for a different texture.

 

  • Add a splash of lemon juice for extra brightness.
