Ingredients

  • Ground beef
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Bell pepper
  • Tomato paste
  • Cumin
  • Paprika
  • Salt & pepper
  • Empanada dough
  • Egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned, then add onions, garlic, and bell peppers. Cook until soft.
  • Stir in tomato paste, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
