  • 8 oz medium pasta shells
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onions and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
  • Add ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  • Add tomato sauce, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Stir in heavy cream and let it cook for 3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Add shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
  • Toss in the cooked pasta shells and stir to coat everything evenly.
