Ingredients

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or spaghetti)
  • 2 chicken breasts (grilled or pan-seared, sliced)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cherry tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, balsamic vinegar, basil, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
