  • 1 lb salmon fillet, skinless and cubed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (for extra crispiness)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Optional: chopped parsley or green onions for garnish

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Toss salmon cubes with olive oil, lemon juice, and spice mix until well coated.
  • Sprinkle cornstarch over the salmon and toss again for extra crispiness.
  • Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add a little oil.
  • Cook salmon bites for 2-3 minutes per side until crispy and golden brown.
