  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cups spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil and cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add sun-dried tomatoes and cook for 1 minute.
  • Pour in chicken broth, heavy cream, and parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth.
