  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook 2–3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

  • In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).

  • Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes.

  • Let the sauce thicken slightly, then add cooked pasta and shrimp. Toss to coat evenly.

  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • You can substitute half-and-half for heavy cream for a lighter version.

  • Use freshly grated parmesan for best texture and flavor.

  • Add spinach or mushrooms for extra veggies.
