  • 300g spaghetti
  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 4 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  • Cook spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water and drain the rest.
  • In a skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, sauté diced chicken until golden and cooked through. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  • In a bowl, whisk eggs, parmesan, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
  • Return pasta to the skillet with chicken and bacon. Reduce heat to low.
  • Slowly pour the egg mixture into the skillet, stirring quickly to create a creamy sauce. Add reserved pasta water if needed for consistency.
  • Serve hot, garnished with parsley if desired.
