  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions; reserve ½ cup pasta water before draining.
  2. In a blender, combine cottage cheese, Parmesan, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
  3. In a pan over low heat, add the blended sauce and warm it gently. If needed, add reserved pasta water for a creamier texture.
  4. Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce until well coated.
