This Cookie Dough Snickers & Reese's Ice Cream is a decadent homemade dessert loaded with chunks of Snickers, Reese's, and cookie dough in a rich, creamy base. Perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chip cookie dough pieces
  • ½ cup chopped Snickers
  • ½ cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups

 

  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  3. In the last few minutes of churning, add cookie dough pieces, chopped Snickers, and Reese’s.
  4. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  5. Scoop and enjoy!
