This classic club sandwich recipe features crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and tender turkey slices layered between toasted bread. A quick and satisfying meal for any time of the day, packed with flavor and easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 6 slices of bread, toasted
  • 4 slices of cooked turkey or chicken
  • 4 slices of cooked bacon
  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Toast the bread until golden brown.
  • Spread mayonnaise on one side of each toasted bread slice.
  • Layer the first slice with lettuce, tomato, turkey, and bacon. Add a second slice of bread, mayo-side down.
  • Repeat the layering process with the second slice (lettuce, tomato, turkey, and bacon).
  • Add the final slice of bread, mayo-side down. Secure with toothpicks and cut the sandwich into quarters.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • Feel free to substitute turkey with chicken or ham based on preference.
