  • 1 box stuffing mix (6 oz)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then arrange them in the prepared baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and chicken broth until smooth. Pour over the chicken.
  • Prepare the stuffing mix according to the package directions, then spread it evenly over the chicken and soup mixture.
