This Chicken Cordon Bleu Meatloaf recipe combines juicy ground chicken, ham, and gooey Swiss cheese into a flavorful and easy-to-make dish.

  • 2 lbs ground chicken
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 6 slices deli ham
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until combined.
  • Press half the mixture into the bottom of the loaf pan.
  • Layer ham slices and Swiss cheese over the meat mixture.
  • Add the remaining meat mixture on top, pressing down to seal the edges.
  • In a small bowl, combine Dijon mustard and mayonnaise, then spread it evenly over the meatloaf.
  • Bake for 50–60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Let the meatloaf rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Substitute turkey or beef for chicken if desired.
  • For extra flavor, add Italian seasoning or paprika to the meat mixture.
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
