This Cottage Cheese Pasta Recipe is a creamy, high-protein twist on traditional pasta, made with wholesome ingredients for a healthy, satisfying meal. Packed with flavor and ready in no time, it's perfect for busy weeknights.

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or your choice)

  • 1 cup cottage cheese

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  • In a blender, combine cottage cheese, Parmesan, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Blend until smooth.

  • In the same pot, return the pasta and pour in the cottage cheese sauce. Heat gently over low heat, stirring until warmed through.

 

  • Garnish with fresh herbs and additional Parmesan if desired. Serve immediately.

  • For extra creaminess, add a splash of reserved pasta water when mixing the sauce.
