Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Slice zucchini into thin rounds and place in a large bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the sliced zucchini and toss to coat.
