  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups tortilla chips, crushed
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  • Add taco seasoning and diced tomatoes with green chilies to the beef. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, combine beef mixture, corn, black beans, sour cream, and salsa.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish. Top with crushed tortilla chips and shredded cheese.
