1 lb ground beef
1 packet onion soup mix
1/2 cup diced onion
Salt and pepper, to taste
8-10 slider buns
8-10 slices of cheddar cheese
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
Pickles, lettuce, and condiments, for serving
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and diced onion until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
Stir in the onion soup mix, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
Place the bottom halves of the slider buns on a baking sheet. Spread the cooked beef mixture evenly over the buns.
Top with cheese slices and place the bun tops over the cheese.
Brush melted butter over the buns and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Cover with foil and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and sliders are warmed through.
Serve immediately with pickles, lettuce, and your favorite condiments.
