  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add taco seasoning and water, stirring to combine. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until fully mixed.
  • Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat. Melt a small amount of butter.
  • Place one tortilla on the skillet, sprinkle 1/3 cup of cheese evenly, and layer with 1/3 cup of cooked beef. Top with another tortilla.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
