1 packet taco seasoning
1/4 cup water
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
6 large flour tortillas
2 tbsp butter (for cooking)

Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and water, stirring to combine. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until fully mixed.
Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat. Melt a small amount of butter.
Place one tortilla on the skillet, sprinkle 1/3 cup of cheese evenly, and layer with 1/3 cup of cooked beef. Top with another tortilla.
