  • 1 lb cheese tortellini
  • 1 lb steak (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion (sliced)
  • 1 green bell pepper (sliced)
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook cheese tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic until soft.
  3. Add sliced steak to the skillet and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, pour in heavy cream, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in shredded provolone cheese until fully melted and the sauce is creamy.
  6. Add cooked tortellini and steak to the skillet. Toss to coat in the rich provolone sauce.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley if desired.
