Ingredients

  • 3 medium potatoes, peeled and diced

  • 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup milk or cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.

  • Stir in broccoli and cook until bright green and tender, about 5 minutes.
