8 oz (225g) egg noodles
1 lb (450g) beef sirloin, thinly sliced
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
3 green onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-inch ginger, grated
Sticky Sauce:
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
Instructions
Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch slurry. Set aside.
Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok over high heat. Add beef slices and stir-fry until browned. Remove from wok.
Add remaining oil, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 30 seconds, then add bell pepper and broccoli. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Return beef to the wok, pour in the sauce, and stir well until thickened.
Add cooked noodles and toss to coat evenly. Garnish with green onions.
Serve hot and enjoy!
