This beef stir fry with noodles and sticky sauce is a mouthwatering dish featuring tender beef, fresh veggies, and a sweet-savory sauce. A simple, flavorful meal that's perfect for busy nights!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225g) egg noodles
  • 1 lb (450g) beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch ginger, grated

Sticky Sauce:

  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water

Instructions

  • Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch slurry. Set aside.
  • Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok over high heat. Add beef slices and stir-fry until browned. Remove from wok.
  • Add remaining oil, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 30 seconds, then add bell pepper and broccoli. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Return beef to the wok, pour in the sauce, and stir well until thickened.
  • Add cooked noodles and toss to coat evenly. Garnish with green onions.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

  • Use flank steak or sirloin for the best texture.
  • Substitute honey with brown sugar for a deeper caramelized flavor.
  • Add chili flakes for extra heat.
