1 green bell pepper, diced

2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder

1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese

Instructions
In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
